Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead for weekend events, especially during peak season (December, May–June). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — message us and we'll let you know what's available.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Metro Manila and primarily serve events in the surrounding areas. For events further out, additional travel fees may apply. Get in touch with your venue location and we'll let you know.
Do you provide alcohol or do I supply it?
Both options are available depending on your package. Some clients prefer we handle everything (drinks included in the package). Others prefer to supply their own and just have us serve. We'll walk you through both options.
How much space do you need for the bar setup?
A standard setup needs roughly a 2m x 2m area, ideally near a power source. For larger events with multiple bartenders, we'll need more — we'll confirm requirements once we know your guest count and venue.
Can you do non-alcoholic options too?
Absolutely. We have a full mocktail menu and can build a 100% non-alcoholic bar if needed. Just let us know.
What's your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we'll work with you on a new date based on availability. Full policy details are in your booking confirmation.
